We should change this habit of ours and eat patiently and without doing anything else.

Avoid junk and deep fried food items. Include a plate of salad and fruits in your diet.

  1. Meditate !!

Mental peace is a must to stay focused on what you are doing. For mental peace, you have no option other than meditation. Start with 15 minutes meditation early in the morning and at bed time. You can meditate while you are travelling.

These tips will improve your lifestyle and keep you away from those trending lifestyle disorders.
