So here are some of the major tips which beginners should understand to gain the maximum amount of benefits. 

  • Make fitness a part of lifestyle 

If you really want to be fit then don’t take it as a challenge make it your habit add it to your regime. Make your schedule and take out some time for your fitness. Experts say “ it takes 21 days to make a habit “ and after that it will become a part of your daily routine. 

  • Set your fitness goals 

Be clear about your goals and remind yourself repeatedly why you’re changing your lifestyle! Is it for your obese body or for your stress full life or you want to look attractive, whatever it is… just be consistent and passionate.

  • Do compound movements

Once you have stepped in to gym you will get surrounded by untrained trainers who will give you some stupid lessons about fitness and exercise but its your duty to ignore all that and focus on your workouts. Besides your goal, as a beginner you have to do some basic body weight workouts like push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, planks, etc. These basic exercises will give you better kick-start and provide stability when you will progress to basic bar and plates strength training.

Although if you don’t have much time to hit the gym you can opt to go for a morning walk, sprinting, cycling or any other physical activity. 

  • Know your basics

Beginners can be easily distracted by fancy training techniques and dieting methods available on different social media platforms which in real life don’t work at all. The plan is to stick to your basic training schedule and dieting method and hold for some time to get the real results in your body. 

  • Be aware of strategies

Once you are in fitness culture you are going to hear various advises from different trainers like you can not build a good physique without supplement, your traditional home food is not nutritious, if you are not able to lift weights you can’t build muscles, etc. So you need to be aware of these marketing strategies and must listen only to the licensed experts. 

  • Consistency is the key

Not only in fitness in any other field if you want results then you have to be consistent. Experts says that “ it takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice so hold on and be consistent to your fitness regime.
