Walking – walking is one of the most recommended practice in physical forms for the people facing diabetes all across the world. Walking metabolize the body as whole and make our body to function in a regular manner.
Walking helps muscle absorb blood sugar, burns calories, and make our body fit!!
Start with 20 mins walk in the morning as well as evening after meal and go on increasing for 10 mins per week till your body allows!!

Food choices- make healthier food choices. Diabetic patient is adversely affected by wrong food practices. Choose healthy fat and carbohydrate .In healthier fat you can add olive oil, sunflower oil, unsalted nuts etc.
Lower the salt intake to control your blood pressure.
Eat more fruits and vegetables .
Cut down added sugar in your diet like sugary drinks, artificial sweeteners, sweet fruits etc. increase your fiber intake. Fiber rich diet can help better management of type 2 diabetes by improving the body’s ability to regulate blood sugar and reducing blood sugar level.
